Therapy for Anxiety and Depression in Ontario

Anxiety and low mood can show up as constant worry, trouble sleeping, irritability, loss of interest, or the high-functioning kind of anxiety that keeps you performing while quietly running on empty. I work with adults across Ontario on anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and burnout, using CBT and somatic approaches, tailored to what’s actually happening in your life rather than a one-size template. I’m Charlene Sainz, a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO #13312) based in Collingwood.

Sessions are virtual and 50 minutes, with evening and daytime options. We’ll clarify what you want to change, build practical tools you can use between sessions, and work at a pace that fits you. Receipts are eligible under most extended health plans, and many people find they already have psychotherapy coverage through work. No referral needed.
