The goal of the first session is to establish a safe space where you feel supported and ready to begin your healing journey.

Having a pen and paper nearby may help if you’d like to jot down any thoughts or goals during our session. Preparing yourself mentally by thinking about what you hope to accomplish in therapy can also be helpful.
