How much does counselling cost?

The standard cost for a counseling session is $160 for a 50 minute session. Cost can vary depending on session length and type. If you would like to learn more don’t hesitate to reach out.

Do you offer any sliding scale services?

I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. To support this, I offer a sliding scale based on individual circumstances. Do I need a referral to see a therapist?
